I need to extend Code 1a of my Husband to apply for EEA2

For some reasons that I've no clue, the Code 1a of my husband just give him 3 months in UK.

In this timely fashion he need to apply for a RC. 3 months is a very small slice of time and we need more time to do it.

The JC is taking about 2 months to issue a NIN and my wife can't get Payslip yet. So we are not able to send our application for EEA2 on the working route.

Sounds like the only valid way is to extend the stamp. But how ?

Why do you need to extend it? Under EEA Regulations there is no legal requirement to hold a valid visa. Rights are obtained automatically so even if this expires, she is still legal in the UK and it will not affect future application. The only issue might be with finding employment as employer would generally be reluctant to employ someone without valid documentation.
