Long wait for PR appeal date?

Hey all,
My PR application was refused in September 2013 (after a year of waiting for the decision), and I immediately put in for an appeal to the FTT. Since then, it's been pretty much radio silence. I've still not received a hearing date. I call the tribunal service every few weeks and I am always told that my case is in Glasgow waiting to be listed for Belfast. When I called again today, I was told that there was still no date, and there was indication that it would probably not be listed until after October, more than a year after the appeal was first filed. She gave me the address for Glasgow IA and suggested that I put a request for listing ASAP as it seemed an unusually long time to wait. Has anyone done this before, and did it help move things along?
