I inquired about my appeal which I lodged in January and this is the email I received from the Court today: we the tribunal can confirm that your appeal was heard based on Paper consideration on 03/04/14 and the immigration Judges outcome for your appeal was that your appeal is to be listed for directions. We the tribunal are now waiting for your appeal to be re - listed for a new date.
Can any of the legal brains in this super forum help me please as I don't understand what the Court mean by listing my appeal for direction. Obie, Vinny, Amber, Jambo.............Pleaaaaaaaaase

It may be the case that the judge, for some reason, did not feel he could make a just and fair decision on the papers alone, and wish to make a direction for further documentation to be provided or for an oral hearing to be conducted to determine the appeal

Hi Obie and other mods, My appeal has been reheard and the Judge has allowed my appeal on Article 8(5). Now I have another problem, my husband has changed his job so the HO has not got his new employment details on my file. If they try to contact employer to acertain treaty rights the previous employer whose details they have on file will tell them my husband is no longer working with them. Now what can I do? Can I write to HO and send them the new employment details. If yes which address can I send the letter to. Your help is always appreciated.
Regards
Comfort.
