Dear all, need your help urgently

I'm sending my EEA2 and my wife's EEA1 applications tomorrow to the Home Office.

My wife is working 10 hours (average) per week for £7 per hourse + £50 per month for travel

>> She earns between £270 to £350 per month

>> She started working on the 24th March so i have just 2 payslips (1 week "£89 salary" and 1 month "£270 salary"). In addition she is receiving jobseeker allowance of £41 per week.

Please guys, will this affect my application or all is fine?
Can I send our applications?

Thanks bro, As i can see from the article 10 hours per week is fine, as she has a contract (her employer signed the Employment part on the application form mentioning that the contract is permenant).

In addition i hope the jobseeker allowance won't affect our application. ( by the way im gonna send the work contract, payslips and the Working part on the EEA2 is filled and signed by the employer) >> that means i didn't mention that she is receiving £41 per week as jobseeker allowance.

Should i write a cover letter mentioning that and include Jobcenter Plus letters (proving she is receiving the Jobseeker allowance) or not?

Thanks for your help guys.

You don't need to mention she is receiving Jobseeker allowance.
