Hi,

I was just wondering and not sure if this has been done yet - sorry if it has.

We received a COA with cannot confirm your right to work and I am now very worried that this now means we will not get a RC.

Has anyone ever received a RC with cannot confirm your right to work / no right to work.

I look forward to your replies and thanks in advance.

@Karby
what was the reason/s for having COA with " no right to work"?
are you unmarried partners or was something missing with your application ?

IF you get residence card that means you are allowed to work.while its in process COA should come with right to work but these days a lot of people who are applying for rc .not having coa with right to work .you should write to home office to issue you right coa with right to work.
