got the refusal letter today

applied as self sufficient - there was a gap of one year of CSI - and based on that they rejected the application - no requirement to leave UK. granted the right to appeal - a long letter , but i don't think i have grounds to appeal.

gutted obviously

question is : can i apply for another 5 year temporary resident and reapply again when i have continuous 5 years of CSI (hopefully in March 2016 if the UK remained in the EU !!)

and if yes , is it the EEA2 application (my spouse is Romanian)

Yes, you can apply for a residence card (EEA2) now and then apply for a EEA4 once you have a continuous 5 years CSI coverage.
