EEA Family Permit Issued by UK and Visit to schenghen Area.

Hi
one of my friend married with an ITALIAN girl and got EEA Family Permit issued in uk by UKBA.
Now he wanst go go ITALIA with his wife.
Can he use same visa (EEA FP) for italia or do he need to get schenghen visa?

The EEA Family permit for UK entry only.

As far as I know no. If he/she is holding a EEA2 RC then I think yes.

we can enter into France was asking about italy.

I think the OP put the wrong name "FP". a family permit is issued oversees by British posts and not in country.
I think he meant a "residence Card" issued by UKBA.
If the latter is the case, then yes he can travel with it with no need to have a Schenghen visa. he needs to be accompanied by his EU spouse to to be joining her.
Also advice him that not all EU countries are familiar with such right, so he might expect some questions from immigration officers in Italy.
