Hi

We all know that the documents required for an EEAFP are:
-Both passports (non-EEA and EEA)
-An application form
-Proof of relationship (e.g. marriage cert)
-Proof of EEA citizens residence in UK OR proof of traveling together (letter from EEA)

However, where exactly does it say this? I have been looking for a link from the EU that states that these are the only documents that can be asked for but I can't find one.

Anyone got the link?

Try the COM (2009) 313 final. Point 2.2 on page 6 advises Member States on the visa requirements for non-EU family members.
