Hi all,

So finally I got married in Spain and now im trying to reunify with my wife here in the UK.

The actual situation is: Im still in the UK (Working) and she is in Russia.

My actual question is if my wife has to ask first a EEA Family Permit and then when she is with me in the UK we both will apply for the Residence Card or if would be rather better to apply directly both for the Residence Card even if she is still on Russia,

Thanks.

you might do well to tell us your nationality....

if you are spanish you just have her apply for an EEA family permit to either join you or accompany you.

you can't apply for a residence card outside the uk
