Hello everyone,

today, i just received my EEA2 RC, after 3 weeks of sending our documents.
the application was simple clear and as Admin in this BRILLIANT forum advised me ! just marriage certificate + payslips + passport and birth certificate :)

And i recieved also letter from Home Office saying
" your only clain to remain in the UK is as a family member of an EEA......if your family member decides to leave UK or ceases to exercice their treaty rights or if you ceases to be a family member , you would have to qualify to remain in UK IN YOUR OWN RIGHT "

can someone explane to me what deos it mean ??
in case that my wife will be not working for a period do i lose the right of residence ??
and how i can qualify with my own right in case ??
and i can travel by myself and back to the UK with the RC or should i travel with the EEA national (my wife)??

thank veryyyyyy much !!! you've been already sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo helpful !!!!
and honesltyyyyyy , this forum is one of the must important reason that we did it and we dealed with EEA FP and now EEA2 1
that for your adviceee !!!!!! :)
