Hi everyone
My sister is a family of EEA national but she hasn't got the passport yet. Meaning she's only got the residence permit. But my brother in law is a passport holder of the EEA nation.

What kind of visa does my sister require to apply if they wanna move to England to live and work.

Any assistance would be appreciated .
