Hello Everyone

Thank you for your time and support well in advance.

I have been in confusion for proving "treaty rights" for my wife.
So, here's my case

I am working as Research Associate on Tier 2 visa in UK. My current Tier 2 visa expires in 2016.
I am married to French girl who born and brought up in France. After our wedding, she came to UK to join me in March 2014.
Currently she is not working as I earn enough for bot of us. I am intending to apply for EEA.
Now for applying EEA for me, I have to prove that my "EEA family member is in work, self-employed or able to support me without applying for benefits".

Now that she is not working at the moment and she is not studying as well. So how can I prove that she is exercising Treaty rights?

Your help is highly appreciated.

Best regards
Mitul
