i am an EU national and working in UK for last 8-9 years. I would like to apply for EEA4 PR for my mother (77 years old), residing in UK with me for last 5 years. She holds an Indian passport and EEA2 Recidence Card.

How can I prove that she was/is financially dependent on me? We have joint account but i have not done any money transfer to her account but supported her with my main account.

Please please help me with me this. Thanks a lot in advance for your answers/support

If you have not got any evidence of dependency, you could do a cover letter, setting out how your mother was dependant on you to meet her essental needs.

Thank you for your reply and help

what can i write in my covering letter to prove that my mother is depended on me? I have GP letter stating he has long tream health conditions and she regularly visiting surgery with us + some NHS hospital letters. what else I should include or write in the covering letter?

Also proof of residence, can I only include our Joint Bank statements for last five years or i have to also include tenancy agreements, utility bills, etc. I don't have her name on tenancy or utility bills

Thanks
