Dear all,
I am french citizen, and I am student over in UK for 3 years. Now, I want to apply for my wife (she is not EU citizen) - From north Africa.
I am confused for which visa do I need to apply for her. Sometimes I read about EEA family permit, T4 and etc. Thus, please help me about this confusion.

You have to apply for EEA Family Permit using EEA2.

This is not correct. The EEA2 application is for residence cards, and must be applied in country. What OP requires is an EEA Family Permit (https://www.gov.uk/family-permit).
