That's a right Visa and I believe you received 2 covering letters.

Kindly write a letter addressed to your caseworker and tell him/her that he/ she made mistake with the letter issued with your RC and ask him or her to issue a new letter stating that you have Retained your Right. Make sure you attach copies of the letter sent to you. Do not send your passport or the original letter. It happened to me in May and I got another letter within 2 weeks stating that I have Retained my Right.

good luck

I believe that on the second page of your covering letter if decree absolute/divorce paper is written then this is a confirmation of your ROR status.

You can apply PR if you can proof that your EX was a qualified person before divorce and you are a qualified person after divorce.
For example 4 year treaty rights of you ex wife before divorce and one year treaty rights of your self after divorce.hence 5 year treaty rights and proof of residency in the uk without any more then six months gap.
Let us up date when you get the out come of your letter.

Hi
I was thinking about what you wrote and I got qustion
why I need my ex paper lets for the last 3.5 ?
Im already retain my rc ??
Is this mean I need her id ????
Or I should send the last 5 year (my emplyment)
So what the point of RoR if I still need my ex paper

Thnx in advance

You don't need her ID at the time of PR.
You have to show 5 years to meet the PR requirement.
Before divorce your ex and after Divorce your treaty rights.5 years in total.
If you are unable to show your wife's treaty rights before the time of divorce then you can show your 5 year treaty rights but your treaty right time starts from the date of divorce,as your job etc before the divorce does not matter and not countable in your PR.
As you already retained your rights it means you are no more dependent on your EX wife and you can live in the country on your own rights but this does not mean that you are not under the five year restriction period,so you have to sent your ex treaty rights till the time of divorce if you are applying before the end of your current ROR RC.
