How long had her father been in the UK when his daughter was born? She should be eligible for French nationality from him? What is your nationality? Can your nationality be passed on to your daughter from you directly?
At the very least you should provide some dates about when your husband moved to the UK and what he was doing during that time. If he has been working in the UK for 5 years he would have achieved PR status and, therefore, you daughter would likely be British.

Thank you for your replay
actually my husband got the French nationality from his previous marriage, when he divorced with her he had already the nationality.
in 2008 we married and than my daughter was born in 2010 ,he had here more than 6 years. When he want to the French embassy they asked him about his first wife and that they should talk to her, my husband give them her phone number ,and they told him that they'll call him but since 2010 we had no answer.
I got the 5 years stay as spouse of an EEA citizen ,and on November 2014 I'll apply for definite stay
Can 'I put my daughter with me in the same application? or what can we do?as her dad now got 6 p60 of the last 6 years work here in London
Thank you

You can apply for PR now, and the child can be registered as a British Citizen. It appear to me, that either of you can register the child, if you so wish.
The child will not qualify for PR as he/she has not resided in the UK for 5 years yet.

PR means permanent Residence under EU law.
I said you child can be registered, because it seem like your husband obtained PR after the baby was born.
