İ NEED HELP TO APPLY EEA VISA

HELLO EVERYONE!
i used to live in uk 5 years and came back 3 years ago with my wife Turkey. we married 2012 in turkey and we have kid.
when i left uk my visa already finished 7 months ago. and left to country with my wife. and i made business in uk didnt work and i couldnt pay my taxes and parking tickets and also ive been arrested 4 times about fighting only 2 times i paid fine. after 3 years we want to move back uk. all i wanna know will they accpet me or not . or any advice please (btw im turkish and my wife latvian and our kid has both passports)

I don't think they can take your previous mistakes into account but when it comes to naturalization you will probably be rejected on the basis of having been in numerous fights and not paying parking tickets/taxes. Of course, they might reject your family permit on the basis of public security. They shouldn't I don't think but who knows....if they did, you could appeal.
No-one can answer about whether or not you will be accepted. You can only try. Remember if you are rejected you can still try again.
I know very little about the law, but I guess keeping up with this kind of behavior you will cause yourself many problems and this will not only affect your own life but also that of your wife and child. You might want to think carefully.

thanx a lot i will apply this week i hope everytıng will go well. actually i want to go for my family cos they are not happy over here when i see them evey single time upset i blame my self. thats why im try for it. thank u again when results come ill let u know...

Hopefully it won't be a problem! At least you would be able to move to another country, e.g. Germany/France etc. Your wife could always seek employment there.

i applyed on tuesday hope eveythings gonna be okay!!! as a document i gave
online application form
marriage certificate
bank statements
payslips
show money on my account
150 photos past 3 years
my wife and daughter passport photocopys
letter from my wife
do u think are they enough???
