EEA's civil offence affect to non-EEA's PR?

Hello, everyone.

I have been living in the UK since December 2009 as a direct family member of an EEA citizen, and I am eligible to apply for PR this December. My husband has already got PR(EEA3).

My EEA husband was arrested due to civil offense a couple of days ago.
He was kept in a custody for 14hours, then released with caution for 5 years :x

I have checked the form EEA4 about EEA national's criminal records, and what I have understood is the cases need to be disclosed are only conviction, not civil offense, although it seems it would affect his naturalization.

He completed exercising the treaty rights for 5 years, so he's got PR, and only 6 months has been left to my PR application. Are there any possibilities that my PR application this December is refused because of his civil offense?

Any opinions/advices are appreciated!

The application form only ask for your criminal offence history not your partner, sister or brother so don't worry
