I told you before if she has a job that will be much easier. The fact is she doesn't and has been claiming benefits for years. This way she is not entitled to sponsor you. However, if she has PR, that might make a difference. You could ask her to go to the Citizens Advice Bureau in Northern Ireland. They should be able to advise her. Of course, she could also contact the Law Centre NI. Google will provide the contact details for these organizations
