Hi all,

I am applying for EEA3, I have all my contract of employments from the past 5 years, except for one job. But I have P45 and all payslips from that employer that could potentially show i worked there. Do you think the Home Office will accept those in stead of a contract?

Yeah, that will be fine! Just make sure that you include enough pay slips and your P45 to cover the period where you don't have a contract and you will be ok.
