DIVORCE CERTIFICATE FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY

HI All,
I just need some advice. Im due for PR under EU law, Im a non-eea applicant using form eea4. My question is if i have a divorce or annulment in another county will it be recognised as a valid annulment by the HO? Or Do i still need to get a divorce in the Uk..

For retain right of residence under EU regulations,at the time of divorce EEA national should be reside in the UK as a qualified person,unless EEA national is a British citizen as well or acquired PR status in the past.

The divorce would be recognised, as long as you present it with a reliable translation to English.
