Retained Rights of Residence after divorce

I not an EU national, but I currently reside in the UK. I married a Polish citizen in 2004, and obtained a Permanent Residence Card in 2010. We got divorced in 2012, and I finally got around to changing my name back to my maiden name last week.
I intend to send my passport to the Home Office to have my details updated and the residence card transferred to the new passport. As I already had a Permanent Residence Card when I got divorced, do I need to send any of my ex-husband's documentation (identification, his own residence card and/ or proof he was exercising treaty rights at the time of the divorce)?
Thank you so much in advance.
