iam non eea national married to eea national almost 5.5 years but facing very hard time because going through divorce , we are living separate from last 6 months and my question is ... my visa is going to expire in 1.5 month and i am going to apply eea4 but my divorce is not finalized so what shall i do.
can i apply without divorce certificate . i have no idea what to do please guide me .

Is your partner prepared to support your application application with documentary evidence? such as proof of treaty rights and passport or ID card

thanks for your replay. actually when we separated she left with me payslips , bills( joint name and single name ) , council tax ( joint name ) but now she is upset with me our relation is not good so i dont think so she gona provide me her passport or id. but rest i have all treaty right docs.

You have been seperated for 6 months now. That is a long time though. Document have to be recent.

well she moved out from the house , i am still living on same address so her pay slips coming on same address by post , bye the way what recent doc we need and please you tell me what sort of options i have and shall i do.
