What does "Permanent Address" mean? Family Permit

Hello,

I have a question in regards to my Family Permit application. I am an Australian citizen, living in London with my partner, going to Moscow to renew my Family Permit.

For the question

"24 WHAT IS YOUR PERMANENT RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS"

I put down my address in Australia, of which I am a citizen. At the time of completing the application form, I did not think I was able to note down my address in the UK since I was not a "Permanent Resident", even though I have been residing here for over 2 years.

Should I keep this as is, or should I change to my address in the UK (which would then match my EEA Partner's address)?

Thank you again.

R

Is your partner is EU national and what is he/she doing? Currently what visa you hold?

My partner is an EU national, she works full-time. Currently I'm on a Family Permit. I applied for this permit whilst back in Sydney.

In that case you don't need to go anywhere for renewing your EEA family permit rather within the UK can apply EEA2 RC at any time even when the family permit has already been expired. Read the form which itself is a guide and supply the documents as mentioned on it.

The problem is that we are unmarried, so this would mean that I cannot work for the 6 months or so that the visa gets processed.
