I may be able to help you, but I need few fact of your case.

Where is your EEA sponsor?

What did you apply for?

What is the nationality of your child ?

Was the EEA national your spouse?

Was he or she working at a time when your child was in school in the UK?

Was you ex husband in employment at anytime during your marriage.

Do you have evidence of his employment history.
