Hi, All ! A Basic...

I'm the EEA. My hubby applied for EEA2 RC as "me as Self Employed". We received the COA and it's under consideration.

Now I'm no longer a Self Employed, but I got a permanent job. What I supposed to do ? Should I fill the page of the EEA2 form for EEA under employment and send it with my payslip and a letter telling that my circumstances has been changed or should I start over again and pay the 55 bucks again ?

It says on the EEA4 form:
I confirm that if, before this application is decided, there is a material change in my circumstances or new information relevant to this application becomes available, I will inform the Home Office.
It doesn't say anything about making a new application, just that you have to inform them. So I guess write a letter to tell them of your change in circumstances, and include proofs of your self-employment, and the page about employment on the EEA2 form as you said.
