hello everyone, i need some information because i am bit confused .actually my aunty apply for my registration certificate with the help me her friend .i am issued with the light blue card in September 2006 , and on this permit it states * this permit is issued pursuant to regulation (EEC) NO. 1612/68 of the council for the European communities of 15 October 1968 and to the measures taken on the implementation of the council directive of 15 October 1968. in accordance with the provisions of the above mentioned regulation,the holder of this permit has the right to take up and hold employment in the united kingdom under the same conditions as united kingdom workers.* can someone properly explain for me please .is this the registration certificate ?if this card state that you can work then what is registration with wrs ? i start work in 2009 but i am not sure if i was register with wrs or my employer did it for me as i didnt know about it ....
2ndly for example ,from 2009-2011 ( if i worked with out registration with wrs so this two year will exculed from my 5 years ?) i have yearly tax p 60 from 2009-2011 ...now the equation is ( 2006-2009)---college course + 2009-2014----working ,during my studies i was living with my mum and she was supporting me and she came in 2004 .can i apply for PR ?
i applied for my baby passport and its been 3 weeks now ( duccument submitted is 2006-2014 evidence of college+work+passport but forget to submit blue card as i mentioned above) . can someone explain for me in detail please ,especially expert member of this formus ,amber,obie and everyone please .thanks
