Dear Members,

I will be applying for PR ( EEA 4 ) in couple of months , on form it clearly say , " if your are self sufficient or Student , there is requirement of CSI ( Health Insurance ) ".
But if your married EEA partner is in employment and NON EEA is in employment , don't need any CSI if there is no change in circumstances .I am actually trying to find out that how many minimum hrs have EEA has to work , but there is no where written that EEA citizen has to work minimum 12 hrs a week.
Can any one please send me the link where it clearly states that EEA and NON EEA citizen has to work that much hrs to be eligible for PR.
I will be applying soon , so need clarification.

* NON EEA working full time ( Last 5ears )
* EEA is working part ( Contractual 9 hrs / week ) , but she always end up doing 15 hrs/week , some times more than that .
1.EEA citizen started working April 2009.( Student from Sept 2008 to June 2009 , Health Insurance issued for that time from EEA home country.
2. WRS issued March 2010 ( 5 years complete including WRS time March 2015 )

We be married for 5 years by coming December , so do the seniors members thinks that we needed CSI .
Regards

There are no minimum hours. If she is doing 15 hours a week, it should be fine. Just provide her P60s. That should be enough to prove she is a worker.

Thanks Jambo ,
what about the CSI requirement if we both are in employment , because my EEA ( Married ) partner is only working part times as you seen above. " EEA partner is contract 9 hrs/week but she ends up doing at least 15 hrs /week ".
