what type of visa to apply for my wife from Non eea

I have permanent residence card UK ,I was a former spouse of eea national but divorced,I recently married my wife from Non EEA national ,what type of visa to apply for her to join me here in the UK
it is a family permit or settlement visa for spouse who family member settle in UK?
I am currently a non eea national with permanent residence card UK

Do I used EU law or immigration rule?
I lived in Ireland with my ex exercising treaty right before moving to UK,I was employed in Ireland as a spouse of eea national

I am in full time employment with salary above 24k per annum.

Please I need you advice.

she may qualify under the immigration rules, as you are a settled person and meet the financial requirement, subject to her passing the language test.

So she should sit for the English test before applying her Visa?,She is a BSC holder in Economic do she need English test as well or her qualification not enough?

Possible provided it is recognised by UK Nacri, or she is from an english majority country .

Check to see of the degree is awarded 20 or more points for qualification and 10 points for English Skills on the PBS calculator.
