Singh Route:Living in Dublin and working in UK(remotely)

Dear Members,
I need your kind advise on using the Surrinder Singh Route to bring a dependent mother to the UK. For me there is no choice but to either leave my current job and get a job in Europe or execute following option of remotely working from ireland.
question is:
Is it technically possible to live in Ireland and keep a job in the UK where I have to visit UK for a few days every month in UK but keep my main residence in Dublin? (i'll be setting up a software company in Ireland as well)
