5 years of full employment in the UK without any break or absence of 6 months or more in any year during that period, and no absence of 2 years from the UK after that will be enough.
Sorry to jump in the discussion!!! I will appreciate if you have a look on it please

I have bit of same situation I was married in 2008 got RP EEA 2 till March 2014
Applied EEA4 24th June 2014 got COA

I supplied details as such my wife's income details

2007-2010 business company £ 10200 sales total, But also started job 2008/2009 proof sent

2008-2009 teacher assistant £ 9050 salary total, applied for course wait for result 3/4 months proof sent

2009-2010 Teach training bursary £ 8400 CSI 2010/two months cover missing but doing business proof sent

2010-2011 contract £ 4900 proof sent of income/contract but forget to sent complete NI proof in value

2010-2013 Contract £ 5500 Income total Taxes paid by employer proof sent

2011-2012 Contract £ 4300 proof sent of income/contract but forget to sent complete NI proof in value

2011-2014 online teaching £ 5400 proof sent of income/contract but forget to sent complete NI proof in value

2014-2014 another contract £2500 NI taken by employer

Where I mentioned proof not sent it was self-assessment and I sent each year end page print but it does not show the value of income if they want to check they can find value from Customs

I also sent a letter of HMRC returning £ 630 due to extra taxes paid on self-assessment in one year.

2010-2014 application almost 400 applications more available but due to weight only sent that much for search of job etc

Do it think it will be enough please
