Hi,

My EEA national partner got his PR-EEA3 last year. I will apply for my permanent residence as a non eea family member (eea4) in 2015. However, my partner will quit his job soon and take a career break.

Given that he is permanent residence now, will his career break affect my PR application?

Do we need CSI for this period?

Thank you

You simply need to complete five years together with your EU national partner who don't need to exercise any further its treaty rights on getting PR. CSI is not needed in this situation.
