Dear Everyone,

I'm EU national and would like to register for EEA1 registration certificate but I am temporary employed with employment agency for unknown period. Can I register ? Would I be successful? Or would I fail?

Best Regards
Natasha

You need to exercise treaty rights by working, self employment, studying, self sufficiency etc for five years then usually after one further year you can upgrade to citizenship. See the following thread for reading & asking question about British citizenship:

If you still willing to apply for EEA1 registration certificate then be known that temporary employment should be fine as long as it continue until the caseworker get it confirmed from your employer. Application fee (£55) won't be refunded in any case.
