permanentresidence requirement

Hi all
I live five years in UK with my husband EEA national my resident permit is valid till September 2015 do i have to wait until expires
i got the residence permit in 2010 September, but i came in UK 2009 with six months visitor visa.

NB : At the time i came in UK we were not legally married as UK law our marriage was Islamic marriage. However i got married in 2012 as UK law.

You automatically become a permanent resident following 5 years as a qualified person. Whether that is as a family member - durable relationship or spouse. Confirmation of PR could be sought on form EEA4.

thanks for your quickly reply, Do you mean that i can apply PR now as i live five years in UK
do you mean i don't need to wait until 2015 when my residence permit expires.

You will qualify for PR in September 2015.

I have another question please if you don't mind. If my husband get permanent residence as he finished his five year leaving and working here do i have any benefit for instance , to get permanent residence early than September.

No. It doesn't affect your status or your dates.
