EEA2 App - EEA National Self Employed

I am in the process of filling out my EEA2 application. I am a Non-EEA national and I do not currently have a job as I am finishing writing my thesis for my Master's degree (from a Non-EEA country). My husband is a EEA citizen and is self-employed. For his employment information - do I fill out both section 6 "Your EEA National Family Member (Employment)" AND section 7 "Your EEA National Family Member (Self-Employment)"? He is a consultant and he's on a long term contract at the moment so I wanted to make sure I fill out the correct information.
In terms of evidence for this, I am supplying:
Accountants letter
Business & personal bank statements
HMRC forms
NI Contributions - evidence of payment
His current consulting contract
