EEA Uk -visa for my wife and son -Help!!!!!

I am Portugal nationalist woking in UK. I got portugal nationality because of my father and last year I have moved to UK. My wife and son stays in India.I have heard that to apply for UK visa for my wife and son I have to show annual income of 18000 pound. Is that true?
Can some please help me with entire procedure.

No, not for EEA family members. Assuming you're employed, your spouse and child can join you in the UK as EEA family members. Rather than under the UK immigration rules which has a strict Financial Requirement. I assume you're not also a British National.

Yes I am employed here and now working for almost an year.So can please let me know the procedure or way to apply.Or just outline which form should I study for them so I can get an idea.
