The solictor told me this:
Does the home office take the date when the divorce is been filled or the date of the final divorce document?

I will be starting packing to return to Africa . Sad but its unfortunate that my ex partner has truend nasty just because I did not hand him over the money for the divorce that he petitioned.
This is my last post.
I pray for everyone on here that is going through hard times.
