hi members,

My friend is married with an EEA national woman, and he is a Non-EEA family member (PR holder). He would like to bring his Sons (both are under 15years) from Non-EEA country as EEA-extended family members (EEA route). I would like to know that what are the requirements to fulfill to bring his Sons in UK as an EEA-extended family members.

It will be grateful if you will share your knowledge with me.

thanks.

The children (even if only children of the non EEA national) are considered direct family members. Not extended ones.

They will need to provide birth certificates, marriage ceritifacw for the parents, proof that that EEA national exercise treaty rights. That's all.
