Just curious when an EEA national would be able to apply for PR. Is it 5 years from the date of ENTRY to the UK or 5 years from the date on which he/she started to work (i.e. exercise treaty rights)? Just curious how the 3 months initial right of residence affects EEA3 applications.

I applied Document certifying permanent residence card for my eu wife, she is in UK for 14 years, we sent documents any continues five years (2005-2011). and she got it.
