EEA2 Application

Dear All,

I am the EEA partner (French) of my wife (Korean) who is going to apply for an EEA2 visa soon.
I am working and living in the UK for 3 month now, and my wife entered the UK 1.5 month ago with an EEA visa. She is also working on a full time job right now.

We gathered all the papers, payslips, translated our marriage certificate, and so on. However I still do not have a full National Insurance Number, as my company applied for me and the form got lost somehow by the post service.
My HR is in the process of making a new form, but I will not be able to include that one with the application as we are considering sending the papers this week.

Is it going to be a problem?

Thanks

Since applying EEEA2 RC is optional which is just a mere confirmation of right of residence and your wife still have valid EEA permit. Therefore, better will be to wait until you get full NINO although an employer letter confirming employment can serve the purpose but still waiting until getting Nino will be wise. If you still wish can apply with job contract document or/and employer employment letter.
