Hi,

background:
I'm a non EU took my EEA2 visa in Aug 2011 showing my wife (EU national) as a worker in UK. After our son's birth my wife has resigned her job in Oct 2013. Since then she took a career break for a year. she is now searching a new job to resume with her career. I have been working in UK since 2006.Initially on work permit from July 2006 - June 2008 & Sep 2008 - Aug 2011. From Aug 2011 on EEA2.
we got married in Feb 2011.

Can someone please help me with the questions below:

1. I'm currently working for a company and I have now got a good offer so decided to move on. Before they make an offer they are asking me about my wife job details etc. As my wife is currently not working , should this be a problem for any employer in giving me a job?
2. Should this be a problem for me when i apply for EEA4 Permanenet residence card in 2016 although I have been working in UK continuously for 7 years, I have records of P60 forms, utility bills, salary slips etc. My wife worked for 2 years , 1 year break, she may get a job in near future.
3. By 2016 I would have worked for 10 years in UK . Can I apply PR on that basis i.e can I show work permit and EEA2 combined?

Thanks

Why you hadn't applied ILR in 2011 after completing 5 years on work permit??

I hadn't completed 5 years on WP , my WP was about to expire before i was eligible to apply for ILR. So I chose EU route to stay with my wife in UK.
