need a advice my my 24/5/2014 will be my 5 years marriage+ROR
can i send my EEA4 application now or do i have to wait till 5years date?
please tell if anyone send early eea4...

Did you get the dates right? May 2014 was 4 months ago.

You can't send it early but the 5 years count from when you qualify. Not from when the documents are issued.

Sorry my mistake it's 24/10/2014 will be qualify..
not sure can make application 28days early

I definitely wouldn't send it early! If they see the dates don't add up, they will just reject it.
Why not just wait?
