Hello board,
If someone has completed his/her required period for PR/ILR involving where the CSI policy need like self sufficiency/student then on completing the required period if the CSI policy is being cancelled then whether the CSI companies like wpa/bupa etc do inform the UKBA that such person has cancelled the plan or not (when the policy purchased then the csi provider company has not been given the reasons/intentions)?

No.

(And how would the insurance companies know this was purchased as CSI for the HO. For them, you are buying insurance. Doesn't matter why).

Thanks jambo for answer. But aren't they can guess that non-eu and EU national are jointly applied csi and is for HO? Can they not voluntarily simply inform them? Any act/law/clause which prevents them in doing this?

A. They don't care.
B. They won't release data without the HO asking for it.
C. They don't know why you cancelled the insurance. Maybe the EEA national started to work?
