I applied for EEA2 visa (as a spouse of an EU citizen, exercising treaty right as a student) since January 2012 and still on the case till now. It was initially refused, then I decided to use a Solicitor for the appeal (paper) process, and the appeal was successful. Then the HO requested for further documents, which was submitted but still got refused based on reasons that were not pointed out initially, and now they have withhold my passport asking me to return back home. The thought of HO asking me to go back home is affecting my wife who is now few weeks pregnant, feeling really helpless.

I'm looking for a sound solicitor based in London who specializes in EEA visa application, who can help us turn this ugly situation around.

I will appreciate your advices OR any recommendations.

You said the appeal was successful, if it was, then home office cannot refuse, except the direction of the judge allows for that, that will rest on the wording of the determination, you need to give full details of your case going forward.
