EEA4 PR application (22yr student in need of advice)

Hi all,

I've been reading the discussions on this forum for a good 6 or 7 hours. I really like the fact that you get some really nice help from everyone on here. So, I was wondering if I could get some advise or insights. I'll keep this post short.

My family and I arrived in the UK in 2001 from Holland. I was 9 years old at that time. My parents divorced, and I lived with my mother since now. (I'm a Ducth citizen).

When I turned 18 I attended university, I completed my BA course last year (2013). I then did my MA, which I recently completed (2014). I also worked over the summer and payed Income Tax and National Insurance Tax. ATM I'm in look for work (applied for JSA).

Thing is I would like to apply for my PR so that I can get British Citizenship (as I've been here for most of my life, and plan on staying here). BUT for the duration of my studies I did not have the CSI, I did not know I was in need of it.

I'm wondering now if I can still apply for a PR and British citizenship... :?:

If anyone can please reply and give me some advice, I would be very grateful!

Thanks!!
TL :D :D :)

It will all depend on whether or not your parents were a qualified person, especially your mum, with whom you were residing during time you were a minor.
