hi everyone,
I am asking question on behalf of my friend who has eea 2 residency card. He is been married for over 3 years. for some bad reasons they are going for divorce. Her EU partner has worked in uk from 2008 til apr 2013. But from apr 2013 til march 2014 she is been on maternity leave and then she left work, started looking after baby. Now she has started Full time HND course on student finance (student loan) from sep 2014 and she holds student CSI as well. non eu national is in full time job. Now they wants to go for divorce:
my question is:

Will my friend be able to apply for ROR because her EU spouse has no plan to work part time either???
Please describe the best solution for my friend.

thanks.

what do you reckon how many chances my friend will have of getting his ROR as his wife is agreed to provide him with all the necessary documents?? Did you ever come across of any such ROR case???

Are you using 2 details.

You need to inform me which one to delete.

You cannot use two accounts.

I will delete it. Which one do you prefer me to delete.

It will depends on the documents he has and how he prepare and present his case.

But he has a decent prospect of success.

he has all the documents from his wife side including payslips, contracts, university letter, student finance letters and bills on both names from since they married til current. Non eu has the same documents as well.

yes. you can delete the post with (ROR) name.

one more think my friend wants use to solicitor for his application who is expert in EU laws. Could you tell us any website from where we can find solicitor. He has seen few of them and most of them do not know anything about ROR. If you please find that will be great. My friend is from Birmingham.

thanks.
