we are in a durable relationship we fullfilled all our requirment just the problem is that she was previously married in slovakia but she was living here for 2.5 years her divorce proceeding are in court so can i get rc or do i need to wait for proceeding to be finalised we have a baby as well

by the grace of God and help from all board i have recieved my rc specially thanx to obie who helped me alot ... i have recieved my rc on a4 isd so if i go outside uk then is there any problem with the immigration or airline
