Comprehensive Sickness Insurance

Hi,
I have a question about comprehensive sickness insurance and being in the self sufficient category.
We have a full outpatient and inpatient health cover from AXA PPP, with no upper limits. They told us that this is the premium cover and the most comprehensive one. However, if necessary, we need to purchase the dental insurance separately. Do we need to have dental insurance to claim that we have a comprehensive cover in the self sufficient category?
Thank you
