CSI for student

Dear,


Dear, My partner arrived in UK Yesterday. He hold eea family permit. Now we want apply for residence card for him. I am student and my course will finish 3rd of January. We know what documents he need there is just something confusing for me. I have CSI since I start study. I canceled my CSI for a 5 weeks from Jun to 10th of July and got new one. Do you that is going to be a problem when he apply for RC? . Does HO know that i was cancel my CSI for 6 week? Kind regards

For an application of EEA2 RC the treaty rights must be the most recent ones at the time of application. Therefore, it shouldn't cause any problem as it happened before the submission of the application. And better don't reveal the past cancelled csi documents in order to avoid confusion.
