Eea exercising Treaty rights

Hi all hope some one help me ..
I am non-eea national
I am married June 2011 with polish wife
Got 5 year visa September 2011
My wife want to separation which is bad news for me.
Divorce July 2014 which is 3 year
Got divorce paper at September 2014
My wife is not working at all in this 3 year
But when when apply divorce at time time she find a job and start part time work and till working
Can I eligible for my retain of right in the uk??
Please really need help

Perhaps you may qualify, depending on your documents and evidence.
You should seek legal advise.

I got all document
Prove of address bill water bill council tax ect
Which show that we live together in 3 year .
Is it enough

I got enough prove that we live togahter
Council tax bills ect .

Do you have proof that your wife at the time of divorce was doing part time job? is she willing to give you the work contract and Payslips from date of initiation of divorce until decree absolute? Are you working at the moment? if your answer is yes to those question then add those documents to the one you have showing that the marriage lasted 3 years and that you have both lived in the UK for 1 year and you will be fine for Retain Right of Residence!
